Standard timeline

We will first assess the jobsite and give a quotation.

all organic surfaces will be dug and removed to correct level and the weed barrier membrane will be laid down.

The surface will then be stabilised with hard core and topped with grass, and screeded to the right level.

The area will be picture framed,the artificial grass will be attached and the jobsite will be cleaned.

Factors that may affect completion time:

We make every effort to keep to the schedules we commit to but cannot guarantee them due to factors out of our control such as the weather.

Resposibilities of the customer:

You may be required to:

Inform neighbours.
The area for the artifical grass should be clear and accessible for wheelbarrows and mini excavators if required.
Be able to provide water and electricity if required.

You should be aware that:

Access to jobsite may be restricted while concrete is poured.
The jobsite will need to be left 7 days after concreting so it can cure.

Maintainance:

Airborne seeds can travel on the wind and then try to grow on the artificial grass. Pick them out or use a artifical grass weed killer. Keep brushing the plume up on artifical grass for maintainance.
